I listened to Cramer's Real Money radio show myself, and while he was castigating Regal and Phil Whats-his-name over what they were doing, I was looking them up and doing some quick research. I think Cramer has nailed this one right smack on the head. Good luck if you're planning on shorting it. For myself, I'll steer well clear of any carnage, no matter which way it falls...
