I don't see post-war Iraq on the list. Given all the looting that went on and apparently still is going on at Iraq's former WMD sites, I would say post-war Iraq should be pretty high on the list.

I wouldn't try to assign probabilities to any of the many countries with WMDs as far as supplying terrorists with these weapons. There is one terrorist state in the ME with WMDs. Just a question of time before they get used.

North Korea has supplied arms to many countries and terrorists as has the USA, France, Britain, Russia, China, and others.
