I've read that, but that doesn't answer the question of exactly what GST's objections over "destroyed civil rights" are. He's the one who brought it up and I wanted to see if he actually knew anything about it beyond the common name of the act and that, according to the opinion writers he follows, "it's bad." BTW, the EFF analysis is informative and it actually makes helpful suggestions for "future actions" after explaining their "chief concerns." Refreshingly informed, informing and objective after reading so much vague condemnation and hyperbolic alarm-ringing like GST posts. Bob
