<But where the heck are they going to go from here?> I"m afraid of shorting the 30 year because of the FED getting involved buying them back. I think that is what has created this latest silly rally [well, it's real, so not so silly perhaps]. I'm curious about the implied vols on the long bond as I"d expect them to move up huge at some point in anticipation of buyback/big move down. I may buy long term poots if possible at some point. Certainly their price makes NO sense to me other than on a risk arb basis. dAK
