aj,
Would like your comments on the following thoughts. It seems to me that technical analysis is a useful tool as long as the trend in which it has been operating is still in place. But now it seems like many technical analysis indicators are not working as before and are stretched to the hilt. It also seems true that price action determines many technical analysis indicators and many times they are rear view indicators instead of forward looking indicators. Maybe not so much if the trend stays the same but definitely when the trend changes. What do you think of this idea as of late our TA indicators have sucked as to the prediction of market movement, while price action is definitely saying bull to the bear? Thanks in advance.
