Well, not every day, but it sure isn't like the old days.

You could almost set your watch by it. NY opens, gold tanks.

Silver back to its old sluttish ways. Break down seems more likely than a break out.

Yea, I wonder what's up with that... finally attracting investors? A friend of mind bought futures a while back at nice prices and to my surprise said he 'took delivery' into his account at Bear Stearns [a warehouse chit or something]... I was surprised he could do that, but nice news.

It would be interesting to see if a similar pattern again hold today

Gold drops a little the dollar firms a little over night and then both reverse course as NY takes over.

This I believe is the bullish pattern.

During the correction the opposite was more likely ie POG rising over night and then getting hammered in NY

I had may best day trading luck ever yesterday

My broker did me the favor (I guess it is a favor) of opening up a ridiculous line of day trading credit for me. I used it yesterday to pile into KGC at 6.61 and sold near the close at 7.00 even.

Today I do not believe I will push my luck I am not really the day trading type. But it did seem like taking candy from the baby. KGC had dropped some the past day or so and was still down for the day and the POG was making a nice move and the HUI was starting to respond and I had the whole day to spend at my computer.

Not ready to quit my day (or night) job yet
