shartsis is notoriously on the wrong side. i follow the 21 dma p/c as well. the signal is noted, but there's no way that the market can begin a decline with an eod reading of 1.0

at the very least, another upside washout is needed.

Can someone explain to me how that sight says the put call ratio is bullish at a 21 day moving average number of .52 or so, and I am only seeing the huge quantities of puts this month. Where is all the call buying. Puts outweight calls by 2 to 1 for June.
