LOL, yea probably... it's interesting that some of these guys seem to read each other, Roach, Grant, Gross, etc. I'm not sure about his use of 'evil' here... seems to me this is simply correcting excesses, bwtfdik: <The "evil" part is that a depreciating dollar impoverishes Americans. A depreciating dollar means that we have to give up a greater quantity of goods and services to the rest of the world in order to get the same quantity of goods and services from them as before. A depreciating dollar means a decline in (or slower growth in) Americans' standard of living. In effect, we will be working harder but enjoying it less. So it goes.> Isn't it slightly more evil of us printing like nuts when all the trusting souls on the planet are already choking? OTOH, I think we spoke before about the poor thrifty [elderly?] chumps holding money, or worse the ones who got chased into equities by the low rates. DAK
