I remember that subpoena also was asking for credit card info. I'm happy to report that, like iHub, SI does NOT keep this info. Hopefully for the same reason iHub doesn't: if you don't have it, you can't be forced to turn it over.

They did a very good thing telling Gary to take a hike. Identity theft was a very real possibility with that guy.

Actually, yes... Master Jon (Jonathan Curshen), you might remember him, was in the news today. Something about some golf outfit he was running being desanctioned by the SEC or something. The story is over on Jeff's lawsuit thread, I think...

And I was interviewed (by telephone) this morning for an upcoming story. So far, a pretty good day...
