Yes, but it must be awfully tempting to want to convert the $1,9M in shareholder's deficit to some of the $600M in market cap that it currently sports. Not to mention the convert holders who must be itching to convert at $0.045 and sell at $50.

I am currently involved in a suit where the insiders needed to keep the stock price up as they had all their personal; shares 50% margined - IE: stock goes from 6 to 5 they each had a 1MM shares so they would need to come up with $500k each to cover margin shortfall - It was easier to buy the thinly traded stock back up to $6 with say $10k. This went on for months
