So much for "aiming for a 10 out of 10 on accounting conservatism."

Craig Barrett, Andy Bryant, and Cisco etal have no intention of marrying fixed-option expensing until they are dragged to the altar, IMHO.

Well, I read it. It's complicated. But it looks like they are buying employees. It also looks like they are expensing the purchase of those employees based on the value of their stock options. So it appears that 2+2=4. They are expensing stock options. I wonder what implications this has for the current employee stock options?
