Not to mention.......I don't recall Watts becoming a haven of peace and prosperity under a liberal President. In fact just he opposite can be argued.

I saw Warren Buffet on Nightline last night arguing just that. You should recall that when this was first proposed months ago, the official line wasn't that it was a "jobs" proposal, it was a "fairness" proposal, a question of "justice", to eliminate double taxation. There was some equivocation about it, for sure, but that was the main line.
