Yes, our experience is what separates us. But that doesn't mean that either of us is right, per-se, just that we disagree. On some things. On others however, totally agree: "I've never worked anyplace that didn't have "the best people", but only a couple of these places really did, and the difference can matter."... LOL yes, we always hire "only the best"... but when it really happens the result is magical. And the bottom line as well. Which is really the whole point of the discussion. John
