Well kenny, explain how by incorporating and paying dividends you can save on taxes. I said your original proffer was idiotic. Do you still claim it is not idiotic. Are you afraid to explain how I was wrong. But your rules you are not entitled to comment on my whatever if you are afraid to not defend yourself against my claim that your proffer in dividends was idiotic. I say it is an idiotic rule.
