we will certainly see some strange mortgage instruments
dunno exactly what
but bigenerationals are likely, good thinking

we just dont see that we are repeating Japan's path
incredible, sad, tragic
but more than anything

a testimony to our utter illiteracy regarding history
even recent history

the exodus out of both real estate and mortgage bonds will be fantastic
it will complement the exodus out of bonds
both will seek gold and silver
