~protege,

Re: would like to find the transcript for that cspan segment...

That makes two of us. <ng> That particular segment has vanished from the C-SPAN site. It's weird. Almost as if..... well, never mind. I read too many stories about the deliberate disappearance of government materials and government cover-ups to keep an open mind about such things.

A couple of useful sites to refer to when the record appears to be disappearing from view in an Orwellian fashion are The Memory Hole and the Way Back Machine.

While government shills like Rep. Jane Harmon (D. CA) dissemble about the Kean Commission and the flap over the the tapes that have been withheld by the Bushies from the public that were already in the public record.... the Memory Hole just completely sidesteps the government censors and cover-up artists and publishes the record:

thememoryhole.org

What is so shameful about a dissembler like Harmon is that she must have been aware that these records were released on the Internet last week, and yet she used to bully pulpit of NBC's Meet the Press with Tim Russert to lie to the public about the availability of this material.
