They did. My guess is that they are all in Syria now. However, this war was not about WMD. It was about disrupting the status-quo terrorist network, and letting the remaining terrorist sponsers (Iran, Syria, etc.), that it is not business as usual. Iraq happened to be the easiest target, and since it was a mafia-terror-state the easiest to justify, regardless of the WMD's. Without sponser nations, the Al-Qaeda's of the world will have greatly diminshed ability to inflict their terrorism.

We live in a tough world. I am happy to see that we finally have a Prez with the spine to establish some order.
