Yeah! Russ! I need some more studies:
Euro Libor, 2.22%
Eurodollar, 1.215%
Euroswiss, 0.31%
Euroyen, 0.06%

So, one should short the Yen (or make a loan in Yens, sell them to Euro) and place the Euro in European banks.
No capital involved and you get 2.22% - 0.06% = 2.14% for any amount you put your cross on the dotted line?
How come the Yen is not floating as an anvil?
