The 5-ASAs appear to have taken the place as first line treatment option. They don't work for everyone, but evidently for some, if not most. The main thrust of my post was to point out that there will be difficulties to sort out which treatment is the best (and the most cost-effective). Your experiences seem to confirm this. Erik
