elmatador, yes, SARS in Taiwan is getting really bad, and I think they will have a longer time to control it, and will have a higher death rate (already at >12%?), thanks to a gov. which is more interested in playing a political game than dealing seriously with SARS, and a very low morale among the caregivers in hospitals makes it even harder.

Have you read that there were >120 caregivers resigned in just ONE hospital? amazing! Where is their professionalism and self-sacrifice? Comparing the attitude of caregivers from hospitals in mainland China and hospitals in Taiwan, it is easy to tell the difference, and the difference is HUGE.
