Ugh! Why pay interest on utilities by charging them?

John and I pay no interest, Derek. Just pay off the card within 30 days online to my bank. Gives me a good record of what I spend, available online. The CC companies are going to wise up and get rid of people like me eventually.

re:debit cards
One thing I do not like about the debit cards are if someone gets your number they can wipe out your account and thats just too bad for you.
With credit cards you are only on the hook for 50 bucks or so by Federal law, if they are stolen.

Ugh! Why pay interest on utilities by charging them? Good for John's banks, to be sure! ;)

There is, of course, no interest when bills are paid within a month.
