Imagine yourself riding down a Republican-built Freeway with Win driving
" You know what the last load of gas cost me? Taxes, man, taxes. And the price of gas is controlled by the VP"
" You call this POS a freeway ? Get real, do you feel those bumps"

I'm sorry I can't match the quality of your invective, Bill, as demonstrated by profound and inarguable statements like "Universities the world over are Bastions of the left". Nothing insulting about crap like that, is there, Bill? Just the "truth".

Anyway, not in inject any content or anything, but did you notice the followup on your favorite "major, major story"?

"Bullshit!" Mr. Blair said, raising his voice. "Protected my ass. I spent days in the smoking room. Days of my life in the smoking room, complaining about how I wasn’t protected. Protected by whom? Was it Gerald, who was constantly trying to block me at every turn? Was it Howell, who didn’t know me? Was it Lelyveld, who didn’t care? Was it Bill Keller [the former managing editor], who didn’t give a shit? Which one was it? Was it Soma [Soma Golden Behr, an assistant managing editor], who only cares about pretty Jewish girls at The New York Times? Which one was protecting me? Mike Oreskes? Who? Al Siegal, who doesn’t speak to people?" ( www2.observer.com )

Once again showing that hotheads of all races, creeds, and political and sexual persuasions can unite in their shared hatred of the NYT.
