Except that there is no bubble in autos & techs and there is one in housing, thanks to the low interest rates and skyrocketed monetary expansion.

Again - Where is the demand going to come from? Everyone who has ever thought of a house already got one AND a mortgage in the past year or so. So where to from here?

We disagree there, I don't think the fundamentals are strong, I think they 'may' very well implode, but time will tell. I could very well be wrong.

In any case one must be careful, dollar could bounce at any time, sending gold down, and the sigh of relief would certainly bring buyers into the favorite sector... MY SHORT! LOL
