Here's a bit more information on the ML downgrade....


CheckFree (NASDAQ: CKFR) cut to Sell at Merrill Lynch: downgrades to Sell from
Neutral based on their belief that: 1) the shares are more expensive than they
appear when valued on finite cash flow streams, 2) revenue growth is not as
strong as it appears when adjusting for BofA (19% of revs) and the increases in
revenue minimums, and 3) the competitive environment has become significantly
tougher; believes CKFR shares would be more appropriately valued in the $15-$20
range.

Well, we seem to be on the same page WRT our preferred entry point.
Actually, since I've seen it in single digits twice already, I know it can do it
So I wouldn't mind picking up some of those single digits again.
