I hear you... I've now given back much of earlier profits in the sector :)

<I just think there are better short candidates out there>

<Lennar, arguably the best-managed home builder, is up more than 30% since early March. Yet, even at Wednesday's $59.50, the stock is at only a multiple of 7.8 times this year's projected earnings.>

If anything I might consider going long LEN and I have only PM stocks (well and Cnadian Diamond stocks <g>) at present. This company has the reputation of being superbly managed.
I would think other things being equal why not pick one of about a million poorly managed companies to short?

In addition I am probably the only person in the SI world who does not buy the real estate crash scenario. At least not in the ST or IT. Low interest rates a weak dollar and a lack of better perceived opportunities are keeping people buying.
