The question is when China's peg becomes detrimental to China. My guess is that it already is detrimental. When I go to the store and exchange my dollars for Chinese made goods, I am getting a great bargain, at the expense of the Chinese workers. As the dollars accumulate in China, and the interest they earn drops, courtesy of the maestro, I think the Chinese authorities will start feeling that way too.
