The Bush administration will eventually eradicate it and force the economists to measure the effect of capital-freindly tax cuts ACCURATELY. When that occurs we will most likely get the simplified flat tax that we always have needed, and that flat rate will be MUCH lower than the rates that have been bandied about. In the meantime, fraudulent static scoring completely fools economic ignoramuses like the bovine-eyed Saddan McCain and the cheap political opportunists like George Voinovich. So the administration that everyone seems to underestimate has come up with a counter to this ruinous fraud in the concept of sun-setting: If a five-year elimination (or reduction) of the double-taxation of dividends, for instance, is scored by the enemy as over the morons' fabricated limit, simply sunset it earlier. In 2005, Saddam McCain's Senate career will be just a bad taste left in the mouths of the Arizona Republicans he swindled in 1998, and, after 2004, there will be far fewer Marxist enemies in the Senate. They simply won't have the clout to show the finger to the American people by robbing them again. In the meantime, idiots like Voinovich, it turns out, just want the phony numbers bent so they can pump up their chests and pretend they accomplished something. The people of Ohio can thus deal with Voinovich, while they are voting 60+% for Bush next year. Bob Dole would have been scared to death to try such clever innovations (He wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the room by any standard). Good things happen to America when the Republicans are led by courageous men like George Bush and Dick Cheney, and the public is beginning to realize that-much to the benefit of America's future...
