Everything works, as it always does... shorting doesn't work, why not go long? Sorry, I am not trying to be smart a**, I just really don't think there should be some major change of what you do. Sound system includes enough of market conditions to be able to trade under most of them. Another question is personal conditioning which might get in the way of succesful trading in certain situations. For instance, I hate range trading, simply cannot make myself by low and sell high (which is the way of trading in the range). I am more trend oriented, and when there is trend, I don't care if it's up or down - my setups and triggers work. Yesterday I couldn't find anything more exciting that watching Greenspan testimony taped (kidding of course but it should tell you how boring it was :)), today I am happy...
