Isnt Haliburton an oil company?

Halliburton is a company designed to separate the taxpayers from any benefits they might expect from their payments. It is involved with any business that will supply secret sweetheart deals. This may be oil, or it may be building prisons, it all depends on the current rhetoric of the day.

Well, I am unaware of this, but if you are correct about "bill padding" then someone ought to go to prison. Bush has indicated he will not stand for any hanky panky by Corporate executives. jdn
