there's a good chance we can get you right. i believe that your problem lies in the settings that dictate how frequently the browser checks for newer versions of stored pages. we can give you where to find that and how to change it. i believe that you'll want to select 'Automatically'.

so try this

at the top of the browser window where it says File Edit View, etc... select Tools, then Internet Options. on the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, select Settings. then, under Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Automatically. (you should remember what was checked there and tell us what it was) then click OK, then another OK.

you may have to reboot for the settings to take effect. you'll be prompted to do that if it is required.
