I am sure dems will vote to allow the tax cuts to sunset in 2004 and add 1800 buck to a family of 4's tax bill. This will show that are willing to do the hard stuff just before an election.

Man I hope that author is correct. Personally, although I do in fact receive dividends, I prefer the capital gains tax cut (elimination all together would be even better). Just hope the Senate doesnt screw it up tonight. jdn
