and keep a detailed track record, like any scientist collecting lab notes. In Germany it's possible to trace back each egg to its "mother hen", yet eggs have remained affordable.


The Scientests that have issued reports on it say there is no need for it, and it would be so expensive that you could not afford to do it. BTW, I have heard about your egg program. I don't know how they grade eggs for size in Germany but I pay 11 cents each for large eggs here in Hawaii, and 12 cents each for extra large. (18 count package at Costco.) What's your cost?
