The is no correlation between more money, class size, and success. This has been proved in Kansas City, New York, and DC. It is a structural failure, John.

This is a topic we should pursue some time. Each of us check the literature and post it. I'm under the impression that serious studies argue that class size is a critical variable; money is much harder to work with because it's hard to find variables, save class size, that measure how much of it gets to the making education better.

But right now I can't take the time. Perhaps down the road a bit. Too deep in local politics and a bit of family stuff.
