>>a reallocation from bonds into equities<<

Doesn't that normally happen at the first of the month...the first to the fifth? That might be a time to watch for another shot up in the market.

Jorj, been dinking with a refi for a while. Put it on hold, then restarted and am on my way.

Spent some time looking at LT charts yesterday, trying to get a handle on what would be the best way forward.

Offhand I think the 30 yr could be in v of 3 of C down, and close to completion. Not going to push it any further and I'm locking today.

The rebound from the bottom could be significant imho. Maybe all the way back up towards the 5 % area. A mini-massacre in bonds is certainly not beyond the realm of possibility, in particular if the dollar continues to fall.

Al will need the steam shovel.
