Art, with or without this alleged fraud, LWIN was dead on arrival. Too much debt, not enough cash flow (even if everyone paid double). Having said that, there are more than a few people from the LWIN/QCOM camp associated with this deal that are arguably no better than ENRON or WCOM folks--derivatives are probably a safer bet than what LWIN tried to pull off. They're lucky not to see jail time. By the way, it's strange that a company as large as LWIN/QCOM can't prosecute 'widespread fraud'. jmho.
