Distractions SRAS and Iraq are already out of the way. Script will play on.

1) Europe under sever pressure to make structursal reforms to dismatle the welfare state that pays people not work. While the people who doesn't like to work take to the streets.

2)US crank up the export machine.

3) US tight the grip on the Europeans by using any measure to make them learn a lesson of what it tastes tnot to go along the adventure: Ex: forcing Europe to cut agricultural subsidies, which is painful for Europeans to do, with a boinus of play the good guy for poorer countreis

4) The winners and losers of this new status quo: lower dollar (and will go even lower once the exporting machine starts loving it) higher Euro will come out soon.
Overall the capital flight off the US is a good thing and long overdue.

5) Deflation: If you are lender you have it good. If you're debtor you are on the losing end. Deflation will be exported and cpountries under pressuere to tame inflation: Brazil for instance will benefit and interest rates can go down.

I think pezz isn't goin got like this because in a couple of months I post again as predictions. :-)
