The funny thing is WCOM has almost zero knowledge in running any decent sized wireless networks, and to top if off, WCOM agreed to pay $500 fines to SEC and the 'Lesser' has awarded hundreds of millions of dollars worth of contract to offset such a heft(???) fine.
Go figure that.
