Ed: you posted my exact thoughts, while I was typing.
Do you know any any small independents with a large acreage positions. I think the Pac-man game is going to start at the end of this summer. Lot of oil companies are going to be flushed with cash, and some of the wild cats they drilled may not hold the potential they expected.

Ed,

Number 1 and 2 are excellent points. I think you are right on this one.

On the acquisition side, that always begins at the very top of the cycle just before prices start to drop. It will be time to sell shortly after the first round of acquisitions.
