Iraq could double its production of crude oil within a month and resume oil exports within three weeks, the acting oil minister said Saturday. Which is what the oil minister seemed to be indicating several weeks ago, despite later claims that too much of the oil infrastructure had been looted to permit rapid production increases... It's really hard to get a handle on what is actual fact, and what is information being "massaged" so as not to deflate oil prices too rapidly. Hawk
