I can understand that because years ago I travelled through Quebec City and Provence a few times. Very friendly people who just loved to hear the few words of French I could muster. I (a near penniless student) was invited into their homes and treated like a king. The city and the provence were just beautiful. Quelles belles femmes! Great food also. The city is probably the most romantic on earth and the countryside is spectacular with endless lakes and forests. And don't tell me about Chibougamau, I've been there: biz.yahoo.com
