You are right. I am one of those stingy cats who does not mind saying "no" to person asking for money, whether it is for change or a buck. Matter of fact I am so bad one, time in a K-Mart parking lot I was sitting in the car waiting for someone. Well this guy and girl get out of this pick up truck. They go around to the back and each got them a 5 gallon gas can. They went separate ways in the parking lot. When someone would return to their car, they would approach them and ask for a few bucks so they could get some gas. They were so street wise that after a bit they left before the parking lot cops would get them. Just so happens I was leaving at the same time and drove right behind them to another parking lot at a large grocery store. I called the police.... hehehehe
