don't you think you are being a little unfair... I doubt he delayed the Iraq. liberation by months. we didn't have the troops over there to liberate them.. He got us time and helped gain support as we did everything we could to try to get UN to go along... I do not believe we were ready to move until we moved... and then we could have waited longer but politics IMO was getting tuned up and a move right away would stop the bs from democrats & world opinion which was starting to take it toll in England also democrats would (the majority of them) fall in line. Israli Palest. is much bigger than Powell. palest. need to say enough is enough and turn on Hamas. Who in my opinion are a bunch of young kids hyped up over bs lead by adults who themselves are getting rich over the whole thing. The adults need to take some responsibility to govern their country. I thought it was the state department that is now re-building Iraq and it was the general from defense department that was sent home. He may embarrass Bush again.. But Bush holds his people accountable , i hope .. So if we are not at war then there has been a past practice of sec of state living for another position?
