Searle here we have many who are self proprietors of their business and what they do is none of the governments business.

That is the sad part with the demise of corporate responsibility to employee a very for self greed world transpired.

It is change but not necessarily the best type as it breeds rule breaking. That thought process is lousy for the collection of taxes.
