Oh No, Bless my Potaotoe, back to basics, how many seats in house and senate?? Well, "no troubles getting access to ballots", compared to what and where on the globe?? Not to forget those mythical districts with winner-takes-all libertarian greens, as well as those states full of little green libertarian electors for the presidential elections.. however, still some one-party systems out there, but they are all practicing multy-party, proportional representation from the grass-roots up, not the other way down. (that is actually a fairly good IQ-test on the issues)
