Has he really? After lo these many years, is that the reason Arafat is still alive?

So I've heard. And yes, it's definitely one reason he has survived the last two years. Before that, he was a "peace partner," remember? Before that, he was a terrorist, and Israel did try to kill him several times, but Arafat is very good at survival.

There's definitely an Israeli faction that would like to shoot him. But the majority are afraid to own the death.
