Love you too, CB, but unless Bush really intends to press this stupid roadmap, beyond the extent needed to say, "I tried", which I can hardly imagine - I'm sure Bush is under no illusions - then I just expect more of the same in Israel/Pal.

The situation is stuck until something fundamental changes, such as a) war weariness among the Palestinians, b) drying up of external pressure for Palestinian terrorism, caused by turmoil/regime change in Syria, Iran, and/or Saudi Arabia, or change of leadership among the Palestinians. The Israelis will definitely change their leader next year. Question is, will the new Prime Minister have the same old situation to respond to?
