Jay,

I have been playing short squeeze stocks. I have made over
30% so far this year. My plays have been NFI, APPX, AAII and BVF. I recently exited all positions. I am 80% cash.
I will stay out of the market till a meaningful pull back
that I expect before the end of the year.

I bought 5 acres in New Mexico and plan on building a 4000
sq ft super custom spanish bungalow with seperate casita
guest quarters.
