Dan, I'd say put both of them in SI jail. Who knows what point Truth Seeker is trying to make....nothing but pure garbage to me. And Mike....I think he was finally driven over the edge, but his spamming was a bit too much, even though he's a nice guy. Now if the people that are so verbose would give the cliff notes version then things would be great...lol. Paul

Floyd posted more than 50 of the last 58 messages At least partially a side effect of the removal of Mike's postings. And note also that Floyd has been absent for 2 1/2 days now: does that not suggest that he likely DID get a little time off?

Don't even try to defend your mate, or the zsun postings. Everybody knows pretty well that it was a big scam, and floyd perhaps knew a little much earlier thanks to some DD. It is, in my opinion a twisting of facts, if not outright illegal to post the cybersmearing lawsuit without even mentioning what came after. It is, in fact libellous to do that. You should actually know that. Therefore it was absolutely necessary to have the posts deleted. I remember Mike M as a recidivist trouble maker on certain SI threads so I am not suprised about his posting binge... " led [Mike] to get out of hand. " Gimme a break, if mike is getting out of hand because he can not stand the truth?? On th other hand, floyds posts do not constitute spam/harassment. I would suggest that you read the TOU again, if you so dearly insist in formal, written legalese. Bye now...
