it was from Sunday May 25th
an excellent insightful piece that warned of Asian diversification away from USTBonds, and possible creation of a new pan-Asian currency

ACU = Asian Currency Unit

these poor guys are holding $1.5 trillion in USTBonds
their investment has extreeemely limited upside potential now, since lower rates will not add to principal value much at all
but their downside is directly proportional to the USDollar decline in progress
