My daughter was home from college with her friend from Louisiana. They had gone to Hershey Park with my two other kids, and my car ran out of oil! I mean completely out of oil!

I'd stopped at a gas station several times, and they said the oil was alright. I told them the oil light kept coming on..they said it must have been a loose wire, the oil was fine..It was a Buick, anyhow, The car burned up right outside ONO Pa....We had to go pick them up!

Come to find out...the oil on GM cars showed it was fine when you stopped, but you had to let it cool down completely to find out it was almost gone.
Since then I've heard of several people who also had their GM engines burn up, but they thought they were alone, and replaced the engines at their expense.

The man who towed our car in told us a few days after towing our car in, a Pontiac had lost an engine at almost the exact same spot as ours.

It was definitely GM's fault and all the GM cars should have been recalled!

Anyhow, I'll never forget ONO!
